Alba recognises 12 national employees with ‘Inspirational Employee of the Year’ Award
In line with its philosophy to recognise employees for their commitment both inside and outside the workplace, Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba)’s CEO Ali Al Baqali presented 12 national employees with the prestigious ‘Inspirational Employee of the Year’ Awards for 2023.
A ceremony was held on 22 January 2024 at the Alba’s Dana Garden, bringing together the Company Executives, Directors and Managers in addition to the awardees whose inspiration is making a remarkable impact.
These exceptional awardees, out of which six were female employees, were selected based on a rigorous set of criteria including their dedication to Safety excellence, fostering a culture of learning through Coaching and Training initiatives, and cultivating a spirit of Caring and cooperation amongst their colleagues.
This annual recognition programme, established in 2020 by the CEO Ali Al Baqali, has now celebrated the exceptional efforts of 26 employees, each serving as a shining example of Alba's core values and unwavering commitment to fostering an extraordinary workplace.
