Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) training programs form the cornerstone of Alba’s Safety strategy. Furthermore, Alba’s ongoing collaboration with government bodies and educational institutions on safety-related aspects is demonstrated by participating in workshops and seminars with the Ministry of Labour and Bahrain Polytechnic. Alba’s Safety campaigns (‘Stop, Think and Act’ and ‘Safety is Driven by You’) played a vital role in strengthening the Company’s Safety culture. These campaigns raised awareness of potential risks, promote a

They emphasize both individual responsibility and collective effort as crucial aspects of workplace safety. Alba’s dedication to Safety has yielded tangible results. As of 31 December 2023, the Company achieved over 12 million Safe Hours without any Lost Time Injury. This accomplishment, coupled with seven consecutive years of zero heat-related illnesses and injuries, underscores Alba’s commitment to maintaining high safety standards and effectively addressing heat stress concerns.
