From customised alloys to a variety of surface finishes, we have the capacity to produce a wide range of products in various compositions, sizes and quantities as per our customers’ requirements and at any given time. This level of flexibility gives us an edge in an increasingly competitive market.

We also have an excellent metallurgical testing facility to assist our customers in understanding their processes and product characteristics and to examine any customer-related technical issues that may arise when using any of Alba’s range of products. This facility includes Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES), Optical Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Alscan Hydrogen Analyzer, PoDFA and LiMCA III inclusion measurements, and many other tests to cater to all customers’ technical needs and requirements.

Alba offers customer-focused, proactive technical services that include extrusion workshops for customers who purchase logs and billets, operational surveys in the customers’ factories to identify areas of improvements, alloy development jointly with customers, and application programmes for the company’s high speed extrusion alloys.
